Is data ever moved offshore?
While we are based in Ho Chi Minh City, we use cloud infrastructure that may reside in Tier-1 data centers outside Vietnam. We ensure these providers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and regional regulations to maintain a consistent level of protection.
